Refunds & cancellation

Cancel your subscription

Open Manage subscription, or Profile → Settings → Subscription, and cancel through Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment.

If you cannot access your account or the billing portal, email us. Deleting your Markwise account cancels its subscription immediately and removes your access and data; it does not automatically issue a refund.

Your cancellation rights

UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period after entering a distance service contract. Your statutory rights apply even if you have used Markwise. Where the law permits a deduction for a service you expressly requested during that period, we will explain it before making any deduction. We do not treat signing in or opening a lesson as a waiver of your statutory cancellation rights.

Coin purchases

Coin packs are paid once and do not renew. If coins are missing or you want to request a refund, contact support with your account email and payment date. We will review the payment and any coins already spent. Buying or spending coins does not automatically waive your statutory rights.

Request a refund

Email alfieinka14@gmail.com with your account email, payment date and reason. An invoice number helps, but is not required. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes. You can also use support.

You can use this cancellation notice: “I give notice that I cancel my Markwise Pro subscription. Account email: ____. Subscription started: ____. Name: ____. Date: ____.” No particular form is required.

We review duplicate charges, payments you do not recognise, service problems and statutory cancellation requests. Refunds that are due are returned to the original payment method. Where the statutory 14-day refund deadline applies, we refund within that deadline; your bank may take additional time to show the funds.

Problems with the service

If Markwise does not work as described, contact us so we can put it right. You retain your rights to remedies under UK consumer law, including a refund or price reduction where applicable. These rights are not limited by this policy.
