Why is my paper waiting to be marked?
Saved submissions can wait for AI capacity.

1. Check its status
Open Mark a paper to see your saved submission's status. Large papers take longer, and submissions may wait when AI capacity is busy or a provider has reached its shared quota. Do not repeatedly submit the same paper.
2. While you wait
You can keep using papers, saved feedback and available revision resources. Pro does not bypass a shared provider outage or quota limit. If the submission shows an error, follow the message on screen; if it stays stuck, contact Markwise with the submission details.
