I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Find the sign-in method linked to your account.

1. Use the original method
If you joined with Google, choose Sign in with Google and use the same Google account. If you joined with an email and password, use those details. Using another Google email may open a separate account with separate results and purchases.
2. Reset or contact us
For an email password, use I've forgotten my password on Sign in and check your inbox and spam folder. If you are still stuck, contact Markwise with your account email and what happened. Never send us a password or verification code.
